Social Worker Initial Assessment & Social Work Team
We are looking for a Social Worker for Initial Assessment.
Responsibilities:
Duty cover, and to take referrals and to participate and provide emergency Service out of hours on rota basis.
Responding to Child Protection concerns and undertake joint Investigations when required.
To work in cooperation with Parents and Colleagues and other Agencies ensuring the Child is central to any process.
To attend Court, prepare Reports and represent the Services for Children & Young People.
Ensuring Health & Social Services, Policies, Procedures & Legislations are adhered to.
Occasionally Undertake other duties determined by the Director Services for Children & Young People.
