This multi-disciplined practice based in West London is looking to recruit three PM's/EA's, from Graduate to Intermediate level.

These roles are predominantly working as the Clients Representative on number of major regeneration schemes for social housing and Care Homes.

A majority of these projects will either be up and running, for which, you will attend monthly meetings with contractors/clients, ensuring that technical and contractual queries are suitably addressed.

Review and authorising subcontract agreements, budgets, valuations and monthly accounts. For projects, which are out tender stage, you will be liaising with the design and consulting engineers to obtain the necessary planning. Drafting and compiling employer's requirements.
