Job Description
Our clients, A luxury 5* hotel with a 2 Michelin star restaurant require a commis waiter. The successful candidate will assist the Chef de Rang to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a station in the restaurant, either at breakfast, lunch, dinner, private dining or room service He/she will look after the still area of the kitchen ensuring all products are kept clean and tidy. He will maintain all the equipment in the restaurant and help the Chef de Rang in all their duties. Duties will include both room service and private dining as well as setting up and refreshing conference rooms.
All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
