We are a large and well-established 5* Hotel located in Central London.

We have a Bar, Lounge & Fine Dining Restaurant and are currently seeking a new motivated Chef de Partie.

The team includes 25/30 kitchen professionals, only the freshest ingredients are used, and the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious.

We offer sociable hours with good shifts, continuous support & development and study sponsorship if you want to progress!
You will be serving modern British cuisine with European / Mediterranean Influence.

We offer an excellent salary package, 45-48 hours per week, 4 days on 3 Days off - sociable shifts, a smart fine dining environment with an International clientele.

In return, we will offer:
Excellent salary package of £19,000 per year plus overtime is paid at great rates!!!!
4 days working week and 3 Days Off
