Commis Chef - Central London - £15,000 – Imd start
We are a fine dining bar and restaurant, part of a large high end restaurant group. Our operation is located in Central London and offers a simple and high class French menu to our customers. The bar also offers a great place for a drink after work or prior to a meal in the restaurant.
Currently we are seeking a well spoken and knowledgeable Demi Chef De Partie. The position would be ideal for someone who has completed there NVQ level one and 2 and who has at least 6 months experience As well as a desire to pursue a career as a chef.
The successful candidate will be working with a team of 12 chefs and gain valuable industry experience working in an environment which provides top quality training and development including briefings as well as tasting. The position involves doing many of the general duties involved in the successful running of a professional and high class fine dining kitchen.
Salary £15,000
