The network development arm of this national leading infrastructure company has a number of high-end projects and as a result they are looking for a Project Developer to lead in the development of agreements on behalf of the company.

The ideal person will be a educated with engineering or commercial qualification, had experience in working in the operation of the Railway, worked in Project Management or construction and understand the process of design development, construction and hand over.

A typical day could involve attending meetings with a third party developer assessing proposals or drafting submission papers or you will be negotiating a contract with a third party.
