Job Description
Our client, a Local Authority based in Hampshire requires a General Practice Surveyor to be able to review the performance and management of the authority's land and property assets. Furthermore, the individual will expected to attend regular briefings, liaise with tenants and be responsible for management, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation and disposals.
