Our Client delivers specialised professional recruitment, outsourcing, and talent management solutions worldwide. This role will be working onsite alongside the Implementation Manager and is seen as a crucial hire in what is an exciting growth period.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

Job Role:

• Provide client facing support throughout all parts of the implementation process
• Support the implementation team with all aspects of the implementation process including process mapping, data analysis, drafting reports
• Provide Project Coordination support to relevant stakeholders as required;
• Support existing on-site teams with the development of all relevant documentation and the implementation/embedding of new services
• Support the induction of team members on the new service to be provided
• Maintain consistency of approach and share best practice
• Ensure that day to day reporting is managed and delivered to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Candidate skills required

Experience
• Experience of Recruitment / HR environments / recruitment business processes is an advantage but NOT a pre-requisite; having an inquisitive, questioning mind that probes for clarity and understanding and questions why, is
• Efficient co-ordinator
• Demonstrable experience in analysing and drawing conclusions from complex data situations with disparate date sources
• Able to understand, map and review complex situations and look for ways to document, clarify and make them more efficient

Skills
• Expert in Microsoft applications including Visio, Excel and Project (knowledge of VB an advantage)
• Ability to present
• Must be able to listen
• Effective communicator (both verbal and written)
