Job Description
Our Client are a well established and growing brand within the CRO space. Working across Global markets they have achieved considerable success and are looking to build on their strong foundation as an employer of choice.
This role represents a truly unique opportunity for an individual looking to move onsite. We are looking for candidates with experience of the complete cradle to grave recruitment process; ideally within the CRO / pharmaceutical space.
• Own and manage all external and internal recruitment
• Understand and manage the full recruitment lifecycle with particular emphasis on direct resourcing and direct hiring
• To create a deep and diverse talent pool to service resource requirements for all Operating & Support Units.
• Develop and maintain key client contacts both internally and externally and strengthen existing relationships
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace and competitors to maintain an effective recruitment and selection process. Use this knowledge to recommend and assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness in hiring
• Conduct competency based interviews and make recommendations on selection
• Manage the offer process for potential joiners including salary queries, negotiating start date, induction etc
• Demonstrate an understanding of candidate sourcing methods e.g. contingency, search, advertising, job boards, websites etc
• Routinely involved in problem solving e.g. analysis and interpreting data and challenge assumptions where required
• Understand the impact individual hires have on the business and work to reduce coast per hire and time to hire
Essential requirements:
• CRO or Pharmaceutical recruitment (Agency) experience.
• Be able to accurately demonstrate a strong candidate sourcing plan.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Demonstrate an ability to manage volume recruitment (i.e. 40-50 vacancies at any one time),
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• The ability to manage your own workload
• Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
• Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
Desirable Skills and abilities:
• Experience of working with and knowledge of the workers council,
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Understanding of Employment law
• Good presentation skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Well developed IT skills
• Able to analyse and problem solve from complex information and make an informed decision
• Good organisational skills
