Currently, our client, a local authority, is seeking a Building control officer for a short term arrangement amongst their building control team.
Based in Aberdeenshire, you will be required to undertake site work, plan checking and conforming to building standards.
Preferably, you should be a member of RICS, however, consideration will be given to those who do not hold the full qualification and are undertaking a training route to achieve membership and have relevant Building Control experience.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to get away from England or have family in Scotland as you will be nearer to them over the Christmas Period.
