Demi/Chef De Partie – London – 2AA Restaurant - £ 17K –Immediate start

We are a modern Italian / Mediterranean restaurant located in Mayfair – Central London, and part of a large International chain with outlets in Australia, USA, Sweden, France and the UK.

We are modern and fashionable with a high percentage of regular customers returning for the wonderful food and excellent service provided by the attentive floor staff.

Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a Demi/Chef de Partie to join our team.

We receive regular acclaim as one of London’s top restaurants and you will be working as part of a developing team including a new Head Chef.

As a Demi/Chef De Partie, you will be required to help develop and train junior Kitchen staff and run your own section without supervision.

The position is working seven shifts per week. We are closed on Sundays and open for evening service on Saturdays with one other day off each week and possible to have almost all weekends off occasionally.
