We are an extremely popular Gastro Restaurant with a young dynamic and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the heart of the City of London and we have been voted as one of the best UK Gastro’s of the year.

Currently we are requiring a Jnr Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and we will offer you the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of cooking, work in a professional kitchen fitted with the latest machinery and equipment.

You will need to have a Chef qualification a solid and steady background in a similar position or within a fine dining restaurant or up market hotel.

We will offer you:

• A Starting salary of £15,000 per year
• Working week of 48 hours (2 Splits and 3 Straights)
• 5 days on and 2 days off per week
