This firm of international property advisers is currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Urban Designer to join their Planning, Development and Regeneration team at Team Leader level.

Your main role will be to undertake a leadership role within the company and manage an existing dedicated team of 4 urban design professionals.

You will be required to undertake existing and future urban design commissions and generate new and lucrative work-streams from existing and new clients within the private and public sectors.

To be considered you must be qualified in Urban Design or related discipline (such as landscape architecture, architecture or spatial planning), possess a proven track record in the preparation and delivery of innovative design solutions for feasibility studies, master planning, site planning, design statements, urban design frameworks and guidelines for a wide range of regeneration projects including Brownfield development and sustainable urban extensions.

You must also possess quality presentations skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp and PowerPoint) and the ability to prepare high quality reports and undertaking client presentations. A successful track record in business development, and preparing and winning competitive tenders will also be required.
