Job Description
Voted top payer 2006, this market leading residential developer requires a dynamic and experienced Senior QS, to manage extremely prestigious projects located close to Central London. Initially based on a development in excess of 4000 units (1500 completed) the possibilities for rewards and progression are abundant, as the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability and ambition to progress to MQS within the next 18 months, and manage a new regeneration development comprising 6000 units. Previous experience managing all aspects of large value projects is a necessity and leading a team a definite advantage.
