Pay Β£24,000 - Β£27,000
Hours 55 to 65 hour week
Brigade 10/12 floor staff

We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our high-class fine dining restaurant based in Green Park in Central London.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a fine dining environment and preferably have an accredited hotel and catering qualification.
The restaurant is famed for itβs traditional menu, excellent friendly and attentive service and a style all of its own, with customers coming back time and again. The restaurant has a fantastic harmony between both the front and back of house teams and has a friendly and respectful working environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Restaurant Manager delivering a consistently high standard and will have excellent attention to detail.
