Job Description
Due to an expanding workload we require an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician to join a modern, busy and friendly office in Richmond, working on detailed design packages for both refurbishment and new build residential projects throughout the South East of England.
The role will involve producing working drawings and construction details on AutoCAD. In addition, the role will involve coordinating other consultants and researching specifications. A good understanding technical detailing, UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards is essential. Knowledge of social housing would be of great benefit.
