Chef de Partie - East Sussex (Uckfield) - £16K - 4*Deluxe Hotel - Immediate Start – Accommodation provided
We are a large UK up market 4* Hotel based in East Sussex and currently looking for an experienced and qualified Chef de Partie.
Our main kitchen comprises a professional team of 12/13 Chefs whom you will be working with.
We offer good sociable working hours, constant support and an excellent salary and perks.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have experience in a 2AA or 3AA Rosettes standard Restaurants, be passionate about cooking and reliable.
We will offer:
• Annual salary of £16,000 per year
• Great financial Package with extra benefits
• 2 days off per week and overtime is paid with great rates!!
• 7 shifts per week (3 straight shifts and 2 days double)
• Immediate start
• Meals and uniform
• 4 weeks paid holidays
