Demi Chef – Canary Wharf - £16K plus OT- Closed Sundays

This is one of the finest Restaurants in the Canary Wharf and offers 50 styled dining and a central located open kitchen. There are several dining areas which offer either a relaxed dining atmosphere in the bar and grill or a more formal experience in the main restaurant. We also have an outside terrace we also have two bars, a private dining room and a cigar room.

We produce our menu from fresh produce daily, our cuisine is French / Mediterranean. This position is Monday to Friday Lunch and dinner, we are also open on Sat evening so you will receive a week end off each month.

Currently we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie in our Bar & Grill kitchen, the ideal candidate will have:
• Chef education such as NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent
• Restaurant / Hotel Experience of at least a year
• And above all an outgoing and friendly personality

Conditions
• Salary is £16,000 per year for only 44 hours per week plus over time
• Five working days out of seven
