We are an established and classic 3AA Rosette French restaurant in Central London, part of a large and highly regarded International restaurant chain. We currently require a professional Head Bar person with a friendly and outgoing personality to join our team of dedicated staff delivering first class service to our customers.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is experienced in bars and who can operate in a busy, high class environment and would like to take another step in there career. We are a very progressive company offering staff fantastic growth opportunities as well as an enjoyable and professional work environment.
The right person must already have experience in operation in a high class hotel or restaurant bar and be experienced in all areas of beverage operation including cocktails wine and beer. The position will be to work in the bar, efficiently running the section with a team of staff providing customers in both the restaurant and out on the roof terrace.
In return we will provide:
• Ongoing training and development with regular tasting and briefings.
• Staff will have up to two week ends off per month
• Uniforms and meals on duty as well as other benefits included
• Part of a large team of 20 to 25 floor staff working seven shifts per week.
