Our client has a unique opening for a proven Recruitment Manager to join their Resourcing function.
Essentially the Resource function is divided into Volume hire and Experienced permanent Head office hires. This role would be managing the latter and a team of 6-10 Recruiters (some part time).

You will be expected to be a highly effective man manager and have the ability to secure a wide range of candidates across IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal and others as necessary.

This is a new role due to growth within the organisation and thus you can expect the remit to grow accordingly.

Candidate skills required

Our client are interested in speaking to individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record within recruitment. Ideally this should demonstrate experience at Recruitment Manager level working with a Corporate Client directly or through a RPO organisation.

A history of man-management & developing individuals would also be beneficial.
Additional skill sets sought include:

•Experience of establishing PSL's
•An understanding of a broad range of recruitment areas (i.e. IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing)
•A pro-active approach to all methods of candidate attraction
•Demonstrable experience of influencing at a senior level.

Salary£45k-£55k basic (Negotiable depending on experience), + bonus of up to 25% + benefits
