Job Description

Qualified Social Worker required for a reputable North London Borough where you will be joining the Community Mental health Team. Our client requires you to have a number of years working within Mental Health. You will contribute to the formal planning procedure for patients being considered for discharge, both under Section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983 and under the Care Programme Approach. Act as Care Co-ordinator for patients subject to the Care Programme ,Approach according to CPA procedures. You will participate in the multi-disciplinary CMHT Duty service.

The Position is to start ASAP and is for 3 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred.
