Job Description

The role is for a Building surveyor working on a wide range of projects with the opportunity to see projects through from inception to completion. This multi-disciplined role includes ‘right to buy’ surveys, lease plans, fire jobs at a scheduled rate and tender documentation. It is unusual to find such a wide range of work in a local authority environment which makes this an interesting and varied role for the right applicant. This is also an opportunity for a long term contract within an authority that invests in people and allow you to be flexible with your own working hours.

Applicants will need to have at least 2 years experience and have the initiative to work with minimal supervision; they will need to have an understanding of Autocad along with a full UK driving license and their own transport. Experience of ‘right to buy’ surveys, lease plans or fire jobs is desirable. You will also need to be friendly and be able to work as part of the team.
