Job Description
A north London Borough is looking for a suitably qualified Town Planner to join one of the development control teams.
The role will include dealing with an interesting caseload of applications - medium to more complex cases. Other duties associated with the role are, conducting site visits, preparing reports for Committee, liaising with applicants/developers and architects on planning matters.
You will deputise for the development control Team Leader and provide guidance and undertake some supervisory duties for less experienced staff and also help promote and implement improvements to service delivery.
You will be an experienced Town Planner, have previously worked in a similar role in the UK and hold a Town Planning degree.
