Chef de Partie - £16K – Upmarket 2AA Rest. – Live In – 4* Deluxe Hotel – Immed Start

This four-star hotel set in lush woodlands and pretty gardens offers a soothing atmosphere to all its guests. Job Description
• Mise en place preparation
• Food preparation and service in your designated section
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
• Any other duties that your manager sees fit

Job Requirements
• Chef education such as 3 years Chef course, NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 in Food Preparation & Cooking.
• Good English and communication skills
• One year experience as a Commis Chef or currently working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant

Salary £16,000 per year, Live in
