Job Description
This Awarding Winning Residential Developer is actively looking for a Managing Surveyor to lead a £140 million mixed used scheme based in West London.
The scheme comprises of commercial, retail, leisure and residential which will include Design and Build,refurbishment and fit out packages.
Some parts of the site are listed and it will be a phased development over a 5 year period.
You should be an experienced senior/managing surveyor ideally with a contractor/developer who are involved in large commercial/residential schemes. Someone who is hands on and able to lead from the front. This is excellent chance to get a major name on your CV on a ground breaking
scheme for this developer.
