Job Description
This London authority is looking for an experienced development control engineer to comment on the highways issues relating to planning applications.
We need someone who can look at applications for small/medium size development proposals such as a residential development of 20 units and then assess the parking requirements, access road requirements, and road safety issues and then make recommendations to the Planning Officer as to the acceptability of the proposal.
