Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading property management consultants in the world within their Architectural & Design team.
An experienced Architectural Technician or Architect is required to run the job on site, responsible for administering the contract to a timely and cost effective conclusion.
The scheme is a 90,000 sq ft commercial office refurbishment / interior fit out expected to run until Easter '08. You will instruct the contractors and issue relevant documentation with any design revisions as required, as well as some involvement with the client.
This position can be part time and specific to this project or full time with involvement in other schemes within the team.
You must have previous relevant experience.
