Job Description
My Client is looking for an additional Planner to lead the Strategic Development Team on the 550,00sq ft mixed use city centre development. The specific project is a mixed use scheme with around 100 residential units, 3500 parking spaces, cinema and bus station for a major growth area.
The successful individual will work more in the capacity of advisor to the team working on the project as opposed to a case officer. As such the Client is looking for someone with high level skills to progress the project.
This is an initial contract of 6 months.
