Job Description
This leading private practice are actively looking for an experienced asscociate to be incharge of the successful delivery to a variety of a cost management service to a variety of clients on projects with a combined value of 50m. Management and leadership of team of 4 surveyors and the training of the team towards chartered status. Supporting the Partners in the delivering the company vision and attending fortnightly management meeting with all partners/Associates. You should have a MRICS and QS qualifications with at least 5 years post RICS qualification. Experience of office fit-out and with two years experience of managing a team. Superb opportuntity for you to join an expanding practice with a solid blue chip client base.
