Graduate Recruitment Manager - Public Sector

One of London's leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of senior roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public talent attraction experience gained working in an internal environment or through a RPO provider.

This role involves taking responsibility for the design and management of the organisations development schemes and initiatives (graduates, apprentices, school levers, placement students etc). One of the key projects that will initially be focused on is to dramatically increase the size and scope of their Graduate scheme. It currently stands at only 101 per year for an organisation that employees 20,000 people. One key advantage that this role offers is the access to funds to develop, launch and manage new initiatives due to the importance they are placing on developing this area of the business.

Key Skills and Experience;
Knowledge of graduate candidate attraction methodologies (traditional and electronic media) -
Exposure to the recruitment industry (recruitment, media and creative agencies) -
Experience of employer branding projects -
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills -

LOCATION: Central London

SALARY: £60,000 basic
