Talent Attraction Manager - Public Sector

One of London's leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of senior roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public talent attraction experience gained working in an internal environment or through a RPO provider.

This role involves taking responsibility for three key areas;
Organisations talent attraction strategy and delivery model – design and development of cost –efficient strategies for attracting best in class candidates
Employee brand - ensuring it is correctly communicated and carried across all resourcing activities.
External supplier management – provide specific campaign guidance with the organisations guidelines and policies, in particular Equality and Inclusion

Key Skills and Experience;
Knowledge of candidate attraction methodologies (traditional and electronic media) -
Exposure to the recruitment industry (recruitment, media and creative agencies) -
Experience of employer branding projects -
Management experience -
Ideally pubic and private sector exposure -
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills -

LOCATION: Central London

SALARY: £70,000 basic plus 15% bonus
