Resource Delivery Manager - 6-9 month FTC. Reading. WORK FROM HOME

Our Client are a FTSE listed organisation with a well recognised and established brand. This role represents a rare opportunity to work in a mid-senior level position with the benefit of working from home.

You will be expected to undertake some travel so a full driving licence and car would be beneficial although definitely not a precursor to applying !

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Sales Recruitment (or closely related) coupled with Onsite & team leading experience. There is some flexibility in salary for a candidate who ticks all of these boxes.

You will required to drive recruitment forward within their Sales area. This will involve setting targets, mentoring team members, liaising with key stake holders and ensuring that a strategic approach to candidate attraction is taken.
In what is their biggest growth area, this opportunity offers massive potential however requires an individual who is an innovative recruiter and manager.

Candidate skills required

Essential requirements:

• Strong and consistent track record of recruitment experience within an Agency & onsite environment.
• Sales Recruitment experience (ideally B2B sales but will consider all forms). If not sales must be very closely related.
• Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of liaising with senior stake holders,
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Demonstrable man management and team leading skills
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
• Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
• Knowledge of IT and IT systems (i.e. candidate tracking applications)
