One of London's leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of recruitment roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public sector contract / temp recruitment experience gained working in an internal recruitment environment or through a RPO provider.

This role is to take ownership of the temporary recruitment team (10 strong) as well as management of an on-site and outsourced contract management team of cira 15 people. The current delivery model utilises a RPO provider as well as a PSL of 30 suppliers. You will work with the key stakeholders, internal managers, procurment and HR to design and implement and gain approval for recruitment strategies and solutions that meet the demands of the business.

Third Party Supplier management –
Project and campaign management skills
Due to the complexity of managing this area of our clients business they are looking for a ‘been there, done it' manager, who has experience of running P&L's of a comparable size either in the private of public sector.

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £70,000 - £75,000 basic plus 15% bonus
