Internal Recruitment / Resourcing Consultant - Public Sector

One of London's leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of recruitment roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public sector contract / temp recruitment experience gained working in an internal environment or through a RPO provider.

You will be required to act as the operational interface between the business and its RPO (recruitment outsource provider) by proactively managing the relationship and monitoring agreed KPI's. You will be required to support your Senior Contracts Manager in managing the delivery of volume resourcing projects as well as the provision of regular management information on for example cost and volume of delivery.

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £35,000 basic
