Our client has a unique opening for a proven internal recruiter to join their Resourcing team in a senior position. Reporting directly to the Head of Resource you will be responsible for enhancing the current recruitment model and overseeing the end-to-end process. This role is primarily NOT a candidate sourcing role – however it is very hands on in terms of managing the process, strategic input and organising workshops.

You will be expected to take a rounded approach to the recruitment strategy encompassing an open approach to a variety of candidate sourcing methods, competitor awareness and the employer value proposition

Candidate skills required

Our client are interested in speaking to individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record within recruitment. Ideally this should demonstrate experience working onsite with a corporate client directly or through a RPO organisation. Ideally this experience will have been gained in a professional service type environment (i.e. IT, Finance, Marketing, Accountancy).

A history of man-management & developing individuals would also be beneficial.

Additional skill sets sought include:

•Strong exposure (face to face) with Key stakeholders
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Real desire for recruitment and adding value

Salary£40k-£50k basic (Negotiable depending on experience), + benefits package.
