Senior Recruitment / Resourcing Consultant - Public Sector

One of London's leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of senior resource roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public sector recruitment experience gained working in an internal environment or through a RPO provider.

You will be required to design, project manage and deliver complex senior recruitment campaigns, working in close partnership with key stakeholders. As well as delivering on senior assignments you will act as the interface between a resource team and the client, to ensure that recruitment campaigns are brought to a successful conclusion. You will be required to support your Resource Manager in managing and developing the capability of the resource and administration members of the team.

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £45,000 basic
