Recruitment / Resourcing Manager - Public Sector
Management responsibility for a team of 9 Recruiters plus Administration staff
One of Londons leading London's public sector organisations is currently going through a major restructure of their recruitment capability. This is to meet the demand of the forecasted expansion of their current remit over the coming years. This has lead to the creation of a number of senior resource roles that require commercially astute individuals. You must have either private or public sector recruitment experience gained working in an internal environment or through a RPO provider.

You will be required to design, project manage and deliver complex senior recruitment campaigns, working in close partnership with key stakeholders. You will act as the primary interface between your resource team and the client, to ensure that internal resources are optimised to hit recruitment targets on time and in budget.

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £55,000 basic
