Job Description
OT assessments for Older People living in Brentwood, Home visits and community intervention.
Majority of clients have functional needs and some with Dementia.
OT supervision provided by Band 7 OT. Support from Band 4 OT TI
ASAP for around 3 - 4 months.
No car required although would be useful
21 hours approx per week.
