Job Description
We are looking for an experienced property asset manager to work for a respected property company. This role will involve all aspects of active asset management and would suit someone whose skills include leasing, delivery of business plans including tenant mix and maximising revenue/turnover, forecasting. This is a fixed term contract position to cover a period of maternity leave and is available on a 6-9 month basis.
