Job Description

The right candidate will find this a challenging position, working within a team structure as well as identifying and developing new opportunities for further expansion of the services provided.

The keys skills will include the ability to interpret client requirements into a workable package of services, communicate with and report clearly to clients, set up, manage and interpret stock condition surveys, work with complex computer software, analyse data and prepare reports in Microsoft Excel and Access.

The following would be beneficial experience of social housing option appraisals, estate regeneration initiatives, preparing RSL Asset management Strategies and Toolkits. Remuneration negotiable to reflect the experience of the successful candidate.
