Job Description

In this role as a Building Surveyor it will be your responsibility to ensure that the maintenance and renewals of the operational property assets are carried out to meet goals.
You will also provide technical expertise to stakeholders and customers ensuring integrated work plans are carried out.
The key responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient management of operational property assets. A regular inspection regime exists, and works to repair or replace the assets are prioritised within the annual budget, which is typically £80m. Other groups are responsible for undertaking the identified works, and they will work closely with you.
