Job Description

Project Manager required to work within Integrated working within East London Social Services Team. The purpose of the job is to lead on the implementation and roll-out of Integrated working across Children's Services and all partner agencies in the team. The post holder will work with the Business Manager in designing and implementing a project plan to put in place the Common Assessment Framework and arrangements for Information Sharing and the Lead Professional Role. This is a key role in delivering the ‘Every Child Matters' agenda and coordinating work across the borough. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred. Suitable candidates must have a professional Social Work qualification as well as about 3 years postqualifying experience, and experience of working within a Supervisory role.
