Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Development Control Planner to join this busy Lancashire based Local Authority. Responsible for processing a variety of planning applications, attending site visits and liaising at giving pre application advice. You will have previous experience dealing with planning applications and appeals and be degree level educated or equivalent. This post requires a car.
