Job Description
With extensive experience within Development Control you will be required to manage a caseload of large complex planning applications and enforcement related matters with minimum of supervision. Responsible for preparing and presenting the councils case at appeal, providing pre application advice to prospective applicants and advising on planning control matters. Previous experience within Development Control is essential along with the ability to manage major complex planning applications.
