Job Description
A House builder in south Hertfordshire, who are a part of a large property development group are looking to appoint a Town Planning professional to join their busy team.
The role will involve the preparation and submission of planning applications for ongoing programmes, liaise with coordinate and instruct architects, engineers and other specialist planning consultants.
You will monitor progress and manage consultants from pre-planning through to the construction process. Other duties include the clearance of all planning applications and monitoring S106 agreements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Town Planner to develop a career in a large property firm. The successful candidate will have a Town Planning or related degree and have proven experience in the planning field.
