Waiter/Waitress - £18.5K – Saturday Lunch closed – Sunday & Monday Off – New Opening!! – London – Imm. Start

Our new Fine Dining Restaurant is located in Central London (Marble Arch) and has been opened to the public since the end of March 2007.

It is a 42 seats Restaurant with a team of 14/15 people including Commis Waiters - Chef de Rang - Head Waiters & Sommeliers.

The kitchen is under the supervision of a well-known UK Head Chef and serving modern British cuisine with French influence.

Currently we have a great opportunity for a Chef de Rang/Waiter/Waitress.

We offer an excellent salary package, sociable working hours, and on Saturday at lunchtime we are closed, plus every week you will have days off on Sunday & Monday, a smart fine dining environment with an International clientele.

The ideal Waiter/Waitress will have:
• Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude and smart appearance
• Past experience in a fine dining Restaurant and well used to deal with a fine dining clientele is essential
• Reliable and consistent past experience, willing to progress and customer focused
