To £45,000.
A growing, design-led practice in Clerkenwell is looking for a technically competent and experienced Architect to design and run projects from concept to completion of construction. This well managed and friendly office of about twenty has built a good reputation particularly in well designed residential, commercial and transportation developments.

Initially the candidate will be required to take two projects to construction both currently in RIBA stages C-L, consisting of a residential apartment building and commercial office building in London. Due to the stages at which both these projects are, experience in coordination and providing tender information will be an advantage as will the experience of managing small design teams. Proficiency in Microstation is also necessary.
