This medium sized practice located in St.Albans is looking for a senior technician to join their team. Working across a range of sectors including leisure and retail with prestigious clients such as Pizza Hut, Barrat Homes and David Lloyd.

The role would involve:
· Producing schematics, detail drawings for building construction and internal fit out
· Produce effective working drawings from a brief
· Preparing and submitting drawing packages for planning, advertisement etc
· Assisting with site construction problems and design changes as they arise
· Provide technical support for project managers and other team members

The successful candidate will be:

· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Confident in communicating with design consultants, clients and contractors
· Experienced in producing detailed drawings
· Confident in fulfilling the above role criteria
