Job Description

Due to continued success and a recently adopted Business Plan this 130 strong award winning practice based in the Islington area currently require a suitably qualified and technically oriented senior person to join their ever-growing sociable office.

This newly formed role will have a practice-wide responsibility for continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of their work in the detailed design and implementation stages (Stage E onwards) so previous high level construction/technical exposure is essential.

Your main role will consist of advising, supporting and auditing the project teams with the intent that all projects achieve excellence against certain criteria.

Proven experience, knowledge and aptitude in the following areas will be a must:-
* Advising project teams
* Quality Monitoring & Auditing
* Communicating relevant technical updates throughout the practice
* Developing standard templates
* Planning multiple projects
* Research and in-house training
* Trouble shooting
* Business Development & managing existing client relationships

You must also possess the ability and skills to communicate and motivate people at all levels, organise and plan efficiently, take responsibility, appreciate quality/good design, problem solve and have extensive experience of residential development.
