Job Description
A unitary authority based in Bedfordshire is looking for an Assistant Engineer to work in their vibrant, multi-cultural community as part of their friendly and busy team.
The role is for an experienced Cad Draughter who has previously worked in the building and construction industry. You will be taking measurements from surveyors and drawing basic 2D layouts and floor plans. The schemes that you will be working on will range from new and existing buildings and both extension and conversion projects. The initial contract is for 3 months but with the possibility of it being ongoing.
Suitable applicants will must have the ability to use Autocad 2000 or above and have previous experience of the building and construction industry. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be confident in what you do.
